Changes To Our Policy

The practices and policies contained here are subject to change and may be modified by Crystal River Meats at any time. Any such material changes will be communicated through the site and will be applied only to information collected on a go-forward basis. Information collected before changes are made will be secured according to the previous Policy. The practices and policies in this Policy replace all previous notices or statements with respect to the same subject matter.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the product you receive. You have 2 business days to report any issues with your order to receive prompt reimbursement. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

Subscription Information

We offer a few subscription options in which you sign up and every month you will receive your chosen product. This order will automatically be initiated, charged to your card and shipped. This will happen monthly until you cancel your subscription.

Shipping Information

Your Crystal River Meats products will be sent to you frozen, vacuum packaged and on dry ice. Your package will arrive in 7-10 business days or less from the day you place your order. See details below on how the delivery date is determined.

Shipping Options

All items will ship via FedEx. The following Shipping Options are listed and described briefly below.

FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Delivery within 1-5 business days based on distance to destination. Packages are delivered by the end of business day when shipping to a business address and delivery is between 9 AM and 8 PM Tuesday through Saturday for home addresses (Saturday delivery is only available with the Home Delivery option). This service is not provided to destinations in Alaska and Hawaii due to days in transit and the nature of the product (see below for other options). Home Delivery does not deliver to businesses, only residences.
FedEx 2 Day Second-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).

Delivery in 3 business days for certain shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx Priority Overnite Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 AM to most areas and by noon, 4:30 PM. or 5 PM. to some rural areas. Delivery in 2 business days for certain shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Saturday delivery available.
FedEX Standard Overnite Delivery the next business day in the afternoon by 3 p.m. to most areas and by 4:30 p.m. to some rural areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).Not available for delivery to Hawaii or non-metro areas in Alaska.
  • Ship Date Schedule and Details

Due to the nature of the product that we are shipping (frozen meat) and the inability for parcel delivery on certain days of the week, orders may not ship out the day the order is placed to ensure product quality and safety. Please review the chart below for a rough estimate of delivery dates based on your delivery selection.  Keep in mind these are simply estimates.

The expected delivery date is written in the box, assuming the order is placed by 12 PM Central Time on the date selected. Orders placed after 12 PM Central Time will ship the next business day. The number in parentheses is the estimated days in transit. A red box indicated that orders placed on these days would be processed Monday as a FedEx Ground order unless an expedited shipping method was selected.
Additionally, here is the FedEx Ground service map that may help you estimate delivery date of your product.

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. Orders placed on Friday, prior to 12 PM Central Time, can only be shipped as Next Day delivery with Saturday delivery option to arrive on Saturday. If Next Day delivery is not chosen, the order will process and ship on Monday.  
  • We cannot ship outside of the United States due to export requirements.
  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to order processing. Package tracking and delivery date information will be sent to you upon order processing.
  • Shipping and handling costs will be displayed when you select your products and work through the checkout process. Costs are determined based on size of the package, delivery location, shipping method selection, and costs associated with handling and packaging the products.
